His experience spans business development, strategic partnerships, project execution, advisory, transaction structuring and building businesses across diverse sectors.

As Co-founder & CEO of Arthacore Ventures LLP, Kapil focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, structuring complex transactions, building strategic partnerships and driving execution to create long-term value.

Ullas Narain

Co-Founder & COO

Ullas Narain is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience across Healthcare, Recycled Devices and Real Estate. His experience spans business operations, portfolio management, strategic planning, commercial execution and business development.

He has successfully managed a portfolio of approximately ₹300 crore per annum, bringing strong expertise in managing large-scale business operations, driving growth and creating value across diverse sectors.

Apurva Parimal

Director

A senior professional with extensive experience in government liaisoning, land transactions, property acquisition and real estate development processes. Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships, coordinating with government authorities, facilitating approvals and supporting complex land and property transactions.

The approach combines strong local knowledge, regulatory understanding, stakeholder management and transaction expertise, with a focus on ensuring smooth execution and timely closure of land and real estate opportunities.

Barinder Singh Malhotra

A seasoned real estate professional with over 21 years of experience across property advisory, sales, client relationship management and real estate transactions.
